Pooor Nick

Nick Lachey has been linked to a long list of women in the tabloids, but the singer says the dating scene hasn't really helped him recover from his split with Jessica Simpson. Nick tells OK magazine, "I'm in the process of improving, but I've been consumed with the album and haven't had a chance to feel sorry for myself. I think it's definitely a process. I don't know if I'll ever really be over Jessica."

Gwen Stefani may not have a lot of time on her hands, but she wants fans to have some on theirs .... thanks to a new line of watches she's designing. The timepieces (28 designs)  are the latest additions to Gwen's LAMB line and will be rolled out in time for the holiday season. The watches will be available exclusively at Nordstrom's department stores for an undetermined period before hitting boutiques worldwide.

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA ................ This is the other movie opening this weekend ...... you may have seen the previews, here is the breakdown..... The Devil Wears Prada stars Anne Hathaway as a wide-eyed - bright eyes bushy tailed..... college graduate ( you know the type ... ready to set the world on fire ) who gets a job assisting a difficult magazine mogul, played by Meryl Streep.

Christina Aguilera has forever been missing Etta James ....... so In Style magazine brought the two together to bring them some fond memories.....  Christina was nearly brought to tears by the meeting and told the magazine, "Etta is my all-time favorite singer. I've said it for the last seven years....... in every interview, in every story, in every on and off camera question. That music was always such a huge escape for me, even from a young age." Etta James has been performing more than twice as long as Christina's been alive, and was just as enthusiastic in the meeting. Etta went on by telling Aguilera, "It's like you were here many years ago. You don't look exactly like them, but there's something about you that's like Dinah Washington, Billie Holiday, those kinds of chicks. I've never seen a girl sing as tough as you sing, as little as you are. It's like you're an old soul."   I love CA !

There's some new news on PINK now as well....... Pink is featured in the American release of Catacombs, a horror flick she shot in Eastern Europe earlier this year. Pink goes on to explain to Billboard that the movie is a story about her and her sister.... trapped in the underground catacombs of Paris, and it's "pretty intense. It's not only a sort of slasher-type, scary movie ....it's also psychological and shows how mean and cruel siblings can be to one another. I liked that part of it."

Allegedly a salesman in Jordan  tried to use a forged identity card to steal more than 22-thousand dollars in unclaimed cash... but he made a key mistake.... ehhhhhh he put Brad Pitt's photo above the Arabic name on the card. IDIOT... he is now facing charges of forgery and embezzlement in the United Arab Emirates, and didn't even know who Brad Pitt was....... That is where ET TV comes in handy, guess they don't get enough ET there.....

Jackie Chan  is following the footsteps of Warren Buffet and Bill Gates and he is giving half of his fortune to charity. The action star, however, will wait until he's dead. Supposedly.... half of his 128 million dollar fortune goes to his wife and kid, the other half to his Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation..........

Superman Returns hits the theaters today, but the "Man of Steel" Brandon Routh has his sites set on his next turn in tights, and after seeing the premiere last night, there is another Superman coming! Sorry, don't want to ruin the movie at all, but we all know the writers want to make some more dollars..... There is more to this though, THE Superman Curse, which fans believe led to the untimely deaths of Christopher Reeve and George Reeves, the TV Superman who committed suicide in 1959. Routh says, "I have no idea what a sequel would be about. I have ideas what I want, but I have no idea what they're going to do. And people ask about the curse and I kind of usually say, 'What curse?' because I just feel that people have different lives and what happened to other people doesn't mean it's going to happen to me."  hmmmmmm well that was a great politically correct answer................

and here are the comments from the actors from behind the scenes.......

The much-anticipated Superman Returns, with Brandon Routh as the new "Man of Steel," returning to Earth after a mysterious six-year absence to face his arch-enemy "Lex Luthor," played by Kevin Spacey, and public perception that Metropolis was better off without him. A must see act is  Kate Bosworth as "Lois Lane," and the late Marlon Brando, featured in digitally doctored performances from the 1978 version as "Jor-El," the father of Superman.

Some of the water scenes are pretty intense..... Routh says, "That whole underwater sequence was pretty difficult, you have to be able to clear your sinuses. I had to learn how to dive, a crash-test course on scuba diving and how to breathe through a regulator, which was cool. But that mixed in with everything else I had to do was just pretty insane."

Spacey reflects on seeing the 1978 version. "I was in a theater then, and I remember all of us actors were very excited about Marlon Brando. Everyone was kind of excited that Brando was going to be in that movie. And we all wondered what the heck that hair was about. And I remember we all came down to Westwood in Los Angeles and saw it on a Friday night of opening weekend, and we just loved it. I can't say that it had great influence on me as an artist, but it was great fun."

Bosworth says her least favorite Superman Returns scenes was one in which Superman saves Lois Lane from an out-of-control airplane. She tells us, "I would get thrown around a lot. Flying, that's one of my biggest fears, so this was like probably my nightmare. This was not an easy sequence for me. I probably added to it as well. No, I do not like to fly."

James Marsden says, "It was amazing how much Brandon Routh looks like Christopher Reeve. Because you stand next to him, you know on-set and you just go, 'He's a great looking guy,' but some transformation takes place when they roll the camera -- he's just great, bumbling, stumbling 'Clark Kent' and does it to a 'T.'"

Singer Holly Brook has turned heads with her delicate singing on Fort Minor's "Where'd You Go." The 20 yr old says she never really expected much from the song after she finished the recording session. She says, "In about half an hour I had recorded that song and then I didn't really hear much about it for a while. Then all of a sudden they were like, OK, let's do a music video, let's go on tour,' and it kind of just all went up from there."  I suppose the best in all of us comes natural............

Blige and Keyshia Cole are among the participants in a musical tribute to Chaka Khan who's receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award. Props to Rihanna ! I hope she gets an award at the BET Awards Show tonight !

Rihanna, who appears as herself in the film Bring It On: All or Nothing, will also have a guest spot on ABC's All My Children next month. The cameo, which she shot last week in New York, has her helping out with the opening of a club in fictional Pine Valley. The episode airs July 25th. Mary J. Blige on a soap this summer she'll appear on One Life to Live on July 28th.

Just to piss her off, all the way ! If you thought Paris Hilton's former fiance,  Paris Latsis, was going to get on a ship and sail back to Greece, NADDA  .....  He's dropped anchor in the States, picking up a nice a** Beverly Hills house for 9.2 million dollars. He'll be trying to get  Lindsay Lohan back there before you even read this, if he hasn't already as I write this.....

Mariah Carey, Jamie Foxx, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Matt Damon are going to add in on the excitement as they get there plaques on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It's the class of 2007 which also include Michael Caine, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kiefer Sutherland, Barbara Walters, Robert Altman, The Doors, John Goodman, Erik Estrada ( chips ), ,
Jerry Stiller, , Lily Tomlin, Tim McGraw and Shania Twain.

Paris Hilton's latest hockey fling with Colorado Avalanche goalie Jose Theodore, was sent to the penalty box by his girlfriend of eight years after she heard about the romp with Paris......  Paris Hilton and Theodore allegedly snuck off to Paris's hotel room after a recent music awards show in Montreal. And now Theodore's girlfriend, Stephanie Cloutier.... whhhh the mother of their 3 month old daughter, has booted his a**  "out of her life and her house," according to the Canadian TV network TQS. You reap what you sew, and this man is reaping havoc.... that girl is going to get child support, and maybe even make his life hell at the rink...... I am sure he is getting teased as the hockey boy that opened his life up to Paris Hilton's possible herpes if the rumors are true that hit the net a few months ago about Paris and the herpes incident.... hahahah !

If your wondering how Jessica is getting over Nick, take it from a crazy diva like her to help out.....  Jessica Simpson is said to be using the ageless diva Cher, as a love guru..... hmmmmmm!  The National Enquirer reports that the two singers have been spending a good deal of time together, with Cher providing support for Jessica. As written in the NE, Cher.... well, apparently, really listens to Jess, and that says a lot since Jessica can barely make sense of anything when she talks to begin with...... well Cher has been said to be giving her sound advice to help get through her divorce from Nick. It blows Jessica's mind that she's hanging out with her childhood idol, and it blows my mind that CHer would want to hang out with Jessica, unless it is just about recording something to comeback with, or maybe a role in a future Simpson movie playing her mother.....

Angelina Jolie's baby shower has spawned off more than just presents, and there's a lawyer who'd like to talk to you about it. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's legal team have fired off a letter to newspapers and magazines claiming that "a digital memory card containing a number of personal copyright-protected photographs of our clients was stolen." The pictures were taken in Namibia, including images from a private baby shower." The letter goes on to threaten legal hell if the photos are published, reproduced, disseminated or even looked at........ wow, now you can be sued for looking at pictures..... what is our world coming too, money can buy the strangest thing, scenery and vision control.

Naomi Campbell needs some serious counseling if this information is true. Naomi Campbell has been served with another lawsuit by a maid, who claims the supermodel hit her while she was employed by Campbell's. Gaby Gibson accused Campbell of "personal injuries," "employment discrimination" and "civil assault" among other things in a lawsuit filed yesterday in New York. Gibson has not specified a dollar amount of damages she's seeking or the amount of damages she claims she suffered. Gibson's filing doesn't even describe all the details of her encounter with Campbell, but says that Campbell hit her, called her names and threatened to have her arrested after she couldn't find a pair of jeans. Strange stuff there, huh ???? Campbell and her temper are due in court today to answer charges that she hit former maid Ana Scolavino in the back of the head with a cell phone after she couldn't...find a pair of jeans....... Wow, jeans and an attitude.... Naomi Campbell needs to start a clothing line of jeans called Attitude.

American Idol champ Taylor Hicks is planning to spring some surprises on his "Soul Patrol" when the show's summer tour gets under way next month. Taylor tells MTV ..... "expect some vintage rock and roll. I'll probably do some Beatles, some obscure Beatles. I'll do some stuff with other people. Harmonica, of course. I'll be playing a lot of guitar. On the show I wasn't allowed to be an instrumentalist. Now I'm free as an artist, and I'm very excited about that." Fans will be able to check out Hicks, Katharine McPhee and the other eight finalists starting on July 5th in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Malibu, California police have picked up where the Namibian police left off ... ( this is getting good now ) they started arresting photographers aiming to disrupt Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's life.... Clint Brewer was hauled in yesterday for allegedly jumping the fence at the daycare center that four-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt attends. Staff members reportedly made a citizen's arrest and held the photographer until the LAPD could move in and cart his butt to jail

you can always click and somehow become her friend...... on My Space.....

Cameron Diaz had a photographer thrown in jail for attempting to blackmail her over topless photos.. Yo u might remember the ordeal, it was all over the US that she was PISSED that anyone would ever try to put her out there like that..... Well get this, she has changed her ways..... She allegedly surprised everybody during a recent beach trip to the Bahamas when she whipped off her bikini top on the beach in the open where people had camera action. According to the London Mirror, Diaz was partying with a bunch of girlfriends, including Charlie's Angels co-star Drew Barrymore, when she  "peeled off her bikini top." There are some dynamic possibilities that these photos will hit the Internet before your done reading this !Well, as you know, the only time a woman does something this NUTZ is when a man drives her to that place.... Well, Justin T did just that... he dumped her, and to tell that story better than I could ever tell it......

Click here for more from The National Ledger -

My take on this is that Justin would have bounced anyways.... a tour, video production, mtv..... groupies, and etc....... too many young girls with benifits to hold on to miss thang.................

Simpson'n new naughty look..... see more at www.danasdirt.com

Jessica Simpson is doing it up big for her next video.........  She  is filming the video for her "A Public Affair" with Eva Longoria, Jessica Alba, Eva Mendes and Carmen Electra. Oh, and they'll all be on roller skates and wearing "Daisy Dukes" up and down Hollywood Boulevard, causing plenty of men to be sprung, which exactly what the video will do as well..... the video is slated to hit on June 30th ...... another freaky ass video boys and girls ! Hopefully Jessica will lose that manly look for this one.... I would hate to see a manly looking Jessica Simpson in anything Daisy.....

Reese Witherspoon is pissed at Star magazine and filed a lawsuit against them yesterday for an upcoming story that says Reese is expecting a third child. The article points out an apparent "baby bump" ... and supposedly going so far as to draw a circle around her stomach with a caption "Reese went shopping in Beverly Hills June 7th wearing another loose-fitting Empire-waist dress. Hmmm..." The article also suggests that Reese was spotted wearing an "old-fashioned 1920s-style bathing suit that covered her tummy" and was seen out at another baby boutique shopping in baggy clothes. WOW! Can you imagine, damn girl can't even go out shopping liek a normal girl without having a magazine say your preggo....... Well, Reese has denied she's pregnant, hasn't been baby shopping and hasn't even put on a few extra pounds, and she accuses the tabloid of causing her significant distress and damage to her good name because of all the trash they are spitting out.....

Madonna is supposedly poking fun at the canceled dates on Mariah Carey's The Adventures of Mimi: The Hits, the Voice, the Tour..... ehhh that name of the tour is a little LONG there....  A source tells the New York Daily News, "Madonna laughed hysterically. She has been asking her tour promoters to E-mail her Mariah's sales." The Material Girl  is said to have something in for Carey for once saying she "grew up" listening to Madonna's music..... well she did!  (Think about it, Mariah was 13 years old when Madge's self-titled debut album came out.) Madonna's rep insists, "She has no negative feelings towards Mariah." ...... In the scheme of things, Carey's spokesperson denies rumors of poor ticket sales. "Her tour is selling well. She's canceled a few dates so she can add shows in larger cities."    ehhh that right there is called good P@R baby ! ...... hahahahah we decided to cancel DENVER for larger cities, ehhh Denver is a top 20 city ....

Christina Aguilera was looking lovely at the MTV TRL debut of her video..... Style pointed out by Perez Hilton and Dana of Danas Dirt both suggest that X Tina and her ability to match her lipstick and pants is lovely........ I think she is 100% hottie material..........

Llovely

someone needs to school this girl on how to look like a woman, she still looks manly in these Maxim ads...

who is this dude ?????

A hockey player who has learned to score with the celebs...... Not so sure I'd celebrate a score with Paris, you might end up with something.... I don't trust that girl's who hah, it's been around according to all these crazy stories.......  This is all alleged.... however, where there's smoke, there's fire.........  Apparently Paris was in Canada last week for the Much Music Awards and was seen partying with Colorado Avalanche player Jose Theodore... they left the club together and went back to Paris's hotel room....... Well, it gets worse...... Mr Hockey boy has a wifey and a 2 month old bebe /////// get more info at the link below......

Click here for more from Entertainmentwise.

So that is Paris.... sporting a blue dress, aand ehhh bright yellow shoes.... This was taken after a T-Mobile party, however it looks like she got the color scheme from her sister who is posing below....

and if your like me your wondering why Nikki is doing the whole tweety bird thing... maybe because her and her sister look like birds... they really do, they both look like demented tweety birds that need to be fed.....  anyways, Paris needs to return them shows to her bird looking sister.....

picture from www.danasdirt.com

A Mariah Carey Duet With Janet Jackson

Jermaine Dupri is  giving us a slip here..... he is hinting towards a Janet Jackson ... Mariah Carey duet. Dupri tells www.MTV.com , "It's gonna happen on this record Janet's upcoming 20 Years Old. I got a mean idea, so look for it. It depends on how quick my mind moves. We're mixing records for 20 Years Old. We're not done yet. When I did Usher's My Way album, the last record I created was 'You Make Me Wanna...' I'm thinking I might go back in, and I might tamper with it... We gotta try to figure it out." Janet's 20 Years Old is scheduled to drop on September 26th... and there's more treats on this album as well..........

Paris Hilton funnies !

Paris Hilton came in contact with the guy who bought the contents of her storage locker last week.... her stolen stuff that she was worried would get published....  This all came to a head when the ( I have your stuff man ) stood online for an autographed photo at Macy's in New York. David Hans Schmidt wasn't there for the $80.00 bottle of perfume Hilton was hawking, but to offer to sell the goodies back to Paris for a lot of money. As any indecent person would do to prove he had the goods, he came prepared with he a photo of Paris as a little girl holding her sister  ......  Hilton told the guy the "stuff can't be published" and offered to meet with him in LA -- presumably to discuss buying it all back............. She is going to pay a price for this stuff.... ahahah

Britney Spears' man finally has something to say to the media peeps who say he's not a model husband. Kevin Federline has signed a deal to work as a model for Blue Marlin clothing and has already shot his first set of ads, which will run in major men's magazines. You will start seeing these ads starting in September. People magazine got a rep from the clothing company to respond supposedly alledging that Blue Marlin chose Federline because he shares the "edgy" image the company is trying to project to future clothing buyers. Nothing says "edgy" quite like asking your wife for an allowance, to use the car, to sleep in your her bed, to hold his kid,. or smoke a lil weed in the dining room huh ????

Recently in LA Bruce Willis was approached by a photographer that he supposedly pushed......... and then the photographer went on a rampage and said that he was hurt by Willis.... well the laughs on mr photo man now..... can you say idiot... Bruce Willis is suing the photographer now.....  The suit says Anthony Goodrich "is a known stalker-paparazzi who makes a living by stalking and confronting celebrities to take their photographs and otherwise attempts to incite some physical contact or outburst by the celebrity." The incident allegedly happened as Willis was entering the chic Hollywood Japanese eatery Koi.

Coming soon to I Tunes ......... or maybe a little later than they would want..... but still coming.... Apple is in talks with most major studios in an effort to offer feature films via I-Tunes. According to Variety, I-Tunes suggested a flat $9.99-per-movie, which the studios .....which generally price more popular films a few dollars higher than catalogue titles..... so that explains why the bid was rejected.... but that won't stop I Tunes from coming up with a better plan !

                                                                          Movies opening this weekend !

THE LAKE HOUSE

A supernatural romance starring Sandra Bullock as a doctor who begins exchanging letters with a frustrated architect Keanu Reeves, only to learn that they're living two years apart.... interestingly enough, they connect.........

Wow, Match .com eat your heart out on this one..... You'll be happy to hear that Bullock likes love affairs where lovers never meet, saying, "I think there's the luxury of not having 100% proof that you're ever going to meet this person. You're not fearful of sharing all of yourself, because you don't have anything to be fearful of....  I don't have to hide the parts of myself that I find ugly."  Hmmmm This movie looks really good !

NACHO LIBRE

Nacho Libre opens Friday. The comedy stars Jack Black as a Mexican priest who moonlights as a wrestler to save an orphanage..
I just got back from the premiere and despite the few funny lines in the movie, over all, I would rather watch grass grow...... Sorry people, but this one is worth waiting till it hits regular TV in 6 months......

THE FAST & THE FURIOUS: TOKYO DRIFT

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, the third film in the high octane franchise starring Lucas Black as a troubled American gear-head who falls in with the Tokyo underworld. Bow Wow is also in this one, racing and being Bow Wow..........

GARFIELD: A TALE OF TWO KITTIES

Opening Friday is the family friendly, part animated flick Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties, featuring  Garfield with the voice of Bill Murray on a trip to England, where he's mistaken for royalty..... which means he gets fed a grip of Lasagna!  Jennifer Love Hewitt and Breckin Meyer co star in the film......

Def Jam labelmates Rhianna and Ne Yo are tight ... Ne Yo says,  "Me and Rhianna kind of came up together in this whole thing. We kind of touched the world at the same time. Just seeing her walking through the halls of Def Jam, we became friends." Ne yo says he was slated to work on Rhianna's first album, Music of the Sun, but "by the time I got there they were pretty much done."  BUT the good news is this, Un Faithful is BLOWIN UP !

Ne Yo drops by MTV's Total Request Live today to debut the video for his new single, "Sexy Love."

Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt  is now featured in People magazine.... which means oyu would think that these photographers would ease the f up, but NO, they are getting worse..... The photographers are locked and loaded in front of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Malibu mansion, waiting for the first unofficial pictures of the 3 week old. The family has been holed up in their beachside spot since returning from Namibia over the weekend. Listen to the mindset of one of the photographers....... "You've got to wait them out, let them get a little comfortable, then maybe they'll take a drive up to Santa Barbara or something and we can get the good pictures."

Bruce Willis
and Danny Devito have something in common, they are both done playing with the media when it comes time to pictures and drama.......... Willis is the latest celebrity to have a close encounter with a photographer, and he's showing em his version of knuckle love.... . Photographer Anthony Goodrich was staking out Hollywood's trendy Koi restaurant Tuesday night when Bruce showed up and "stiff-armed" him on his way into the eatery. After a short trip to a hospital, Goodrich filed a police report, claiming Willis shoved the camera into his face, causing a chipped tooth and facial marks...... www.TMZ.com  reports that Willis was.... "blinded by the lights" and put his hand up "to protect himself," but this info denies that his client "hit, pushed or hurt" Goodrich, inm any way shape or form.......

picture from danasdirt.com

Ashlee Simpson has a healthy body image, and she's pitching in on an effort to spread that feeling to younger girls, but I don't get this one at all...... . Ashlee has teamed with a group of teens from Los Angeles's Green Dot Public Schools program that is into art and empowerment through education,  to create murals promoting female empowerment through messages like "Confidence Is Sexy" and "I Have a Beautiful Mind." Simpson tells Marie Claire magazine, "Everyone is made differently, and that's what makes us beautiful and unique. I want girls to look in the mirror and feel confident. Have there been times when I've been insecure? Hell, yeah! But have I ever felt unhappy with what I'm actually doing in my life? No!"

ok, Ashlee is just as demented as her sister on this one now, why spend a gazillion dollars on facial changed and plastic surgery, and then try to spread the " except yourself as who you are pitch with some half ass BS like....... Confidence is beauty....???? Ashlee is the last person to be a pitch person for.......... Have a beautiful mind, when all she is concerned about is changing her own looks for beauty....

WHACK ! can you say contradiction in terms................

Paris Hilton's forced  her feud with Lindsay Lohan up a notch on Monday night, when she stepped into a New York nightclub and began bombarding her with insults. According to the New York Post, the drama was over Lohan's alleged togetherness with Hilton's Greek ex, Stavros Niarchos. Lindsay simply told her to shut the f up and was like, I don't have to listen to you, and then walked off.... hahahah ! Lindsay reportedly was quoted saying....  "That's how you say hello? I don't need to respond to you," and  Lindsay's rep tells the paper the story is "correct." and says, that is EXACTLY what went down..... YAYYYY 2 points for Lindsay!

Speaking of Paris Hilton and her drama.... Lionel Richie adds in his .02 cents which seem to go a lot further than anything Paris could pitch in.......

picture from danasdirt.com

nicole richie is grubbin ! thank god !

Lionel Richie says he stays out of Nicole's social life. Speaking recently with a Boston radio station on the much publicized feud between his daughter and Paris Hilton, Richie went on to say, "They have been having arguments since they were three. My mother gave me some good advice  "As parents, if we can just stay out of our kids' arguments, nine times out of 10 it will take care of itself. We may never know what the feud was about, and you know what? Certain things we just don't want to know."

Life and Style magazine's "Father of the Year" crown goes to  Brad Pitt who went from NO kids last year to three kids this year.... and a handfull at that....Brad, who adopted girlfriend Angelina Jolie's two adopted kids before the birth of their natural child, Shiloh, last month, edged out Heath Ledger, who took second place. Ryan Phillippe, Ben Affleck, Will Smith, Matthew Broderick, Chris Martin, Guy Ritchie, David Arquette and Dean Cain  all fall into the top 10! It's all about Life and Style...........

picture from danasdirt.com

Tony Braxton peep show............

Mariah Carey says she is not planning to record a duet with Whitney Houston, nor does she know anything about Whitney's troubles in Paradice.....   Mariah tells the fashion and celebrity news website www.HandBag.com  , "I did not say we'd record this duet, because to me that sounds like I'm saying she has a problem, and I wouldn't say that. I haven't spoken to Whitney in a long time. When I knew her, she was really fun and cool and just one of the most talented people in the world, so, of course I support her, but I would never say she's going through a hard time because she never told me that."  wow, the was sooo politically correct......

OK all you actors and actresses, read this one and learn from it damn it !

An appellate court has bagged a  3.75 million dollar judgment against "Golden Girl" Rue McClanahan .... who was sued for slander by a documentary filmmaker .... because the plaintiff's lawyer served the complaint to her agent rather than her lawyer.... dumb ass.... that move cost you 3.75 million...... karma is a Byaattcccchhhhhh !

k, there is an update coming for the weekend....... wow, last night Christina Aguilera was smoking HOT !

It's Hush Hush on Jamie Foxx !

While there's been no official confirmation on whether Jamie Foxx will play Bob Marley in an upcoming biography, an article in the Jamaica Observer claims the Marley camp is denying Foxx's involvement with the film titled "I Shot the Sheriff," which Marley's widow Rita is overseeing. Tight lips don't sink ships, that is the idea here ladies and germs..... A spokesperson for the Marley family told us they had no information on the project.

Here is what the critics are saying about Cars..... and the new Lindsay Lohan movie.......

Entertainment Weekly says Cars is a "work of American art as classic as it is modern. Note to tourists: Leave before the very end of the credits and you'll miss some of the best and funniest roadside sights."

Newsweek says, "Cars inspires more admiration than elation. It dazzles even as it disappoints. This time around, John Lasseter and his co-director, the late Joe Ranft, seem more interested in dispensing Life Lessons than showing us a roaring good time."

Variety says Cars has "periodic bursts of cleverness brighten the festivities, but they're too few and far between, and the trademark humor that appeals to adults and kids often misfires."

Time magazine calls Cars "the first great movie of the summer."

The Hollywood Reporter says, "Not since Woody Allen's Radio Days has anyone created such a cinematic Valentine to the wonderfully imaginative medium of radio as A Prairie Home Companion."

Variety says A Prairie Home Companion is "rib-ticklingly funny at times and genial as all get out."

The New Yorker says, "A Prairie Home Companion has many lovely and funny moments, but there's not a lot going on. Dramatically, it's mellow to the point of inertia. There may not be any sweat, but there isn't any heat, either."

The LA Weekly says, "For a film about death and endings, A Prairie Home Companion is a cracking good time  a warm, golden bauble within which to shelter, like the radio show that inspired it, from the misery and ennui that engulf us in and out of the multiplex."

Beyonce Knowles is holding open auditions to put together a band for her upcoming tour, but there are a few catches. For one, the tryouts are limited to females over the age of 18, specifically those who have "a look" and are able to play music by ear. The singer's creative team will be at five locations on Monday to listen to aspirants work their way through Beyonce's "Work It Out." Ms. Knowles will make the final selections herself. .............. Click Here and get all the details !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight is MTV Movie awards night

Justin Timberlake, Keanu Reeves, Jessica Simpson, Jim Carrey, Jamie Foxx, Ludacris, Jake Gyllenhaal, Colin Farrell, Jamie Foxx, Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson will all be seen on the MTV Movie Awards show tonight. The show also features musical performances by Gnarls Barkley, AFI and Christina Aguilera, performing "Ain't No Other Man." which is stylish and out on a limb............

This year's show will be the most interactive with exclusive video available on www.MTV.com  that includes backstage celebrity diaries, red carpet coverage and interviews to boot !

Ludacris says it best, "It seems like there are starting to be too many awards shows. It seems like every six months we're hearing about a new one coming out. This has been the most productive and busiest year of my whole life because I'm balancing movies and music. I never knew how many awards show there were for movies and just the art of acting, after a while it does get repetitive so it can get on your nerves but I'm very blessed to have been able to have been in both worlds this year."

What is Ludacris's take on the whole Oprah dilemma that has been pissing off 50 Cent and Ice Cube...... Ludacris thinks the press has made Oprah Winfrey out to be a monster for what is worth. Luda says to Premiere Prep, "I do think the media has kind of blown this whole thing out of proportion. Oprah is a great individual. Everything she has accomplished for herself, we all look up to that."

Tom is Cruising to the bottom ........

Mission: Impossible Three was a huge box-office disappointment... Tom's production deal with Paramount is about to expire, and the public thinking that he's turned into some kind of crazy as** nutjob is NOT helping matters any better..... Sooooo  the small talk around Hollywood is that Tom Cruise may have to start working for less money. HAHAHAHAHAH try and tell that to him.......

Ehhh have you ever tried talking to a nutjob or a complete ignorant drunk ?????  A "source close to the tom" supposedly told  Slate, "You've got to be very careful in conversations with him. Tom is not ever going to face facts."  Cruise is reportedly considering a role in Sony's 3:10 to Yuma, with Walk the Line director James Mangold at the helm, which means tons of money and a box office smash waiting to happen...

Meanwhile, with the much younger celebrity baby Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt already earning big bucks as a cover girl... as much as 5 million is supposedly being paid by People Magazine to be the first top reveal the pictures.... Supposedly the baby has Angelina's lips...... and Brad's eyes....... we'll have to wait and see.........

The Black Eyed Peas have set plans for their first shows in China, which is a major accomplishment considering...... The group will land on July 18th in Beijing and perform in Shanghai on July 20th. Very few western acts are granted permission to play in China, although The Rolling Stones did a gig there earlier this year. The Black Eyed Peas are one of the first hip hop acts to make it happen.....

OK, this is all I want to say today about this whole click it or ticket BS............

Paris Hilton .....

Paris Hilton doesn't like seat belts as per video of her leaving the club with Brandon Davis..... Well!  The folks at www.TMZ.com  have been analyzing Paris Hilton's outings at LA nightclubs, and recently went back to their videotapes and discovered that they have eight videos of Hilton leaving Hollywood clubs without buckling up since May 1st. Seems the LAPD hasn't pulled the heiress over for the violations, but if they had, the website reckons she'd owe over $1600.00 ! So I am wondering, what are we saying to our younger generation about law and order...... I suppose the LAPD wants to send a strong message out... if your a dingy ass blond with a lot of money, you can break the law, it's all lovely ! F'd up, someone needs to send her a ticket for her law breaking ways, they'd do it to you.

Eva Longoria is also driving people crazy, in a whole new way......   According to Star magazine, Eva begins the morning at her Hollywood Hills home by banging a gong several times at 5:30 am, which pisses off the dogs and any other living animal in the hood, which then wakes up the whole neighborhood.... hahahahah  A neighbor tells the celebrity weekly, "Eva is darling and very sweet, but the gong thing is driving the neighbors nuts."

Christina Aguilera  recently told MTV that she's decided to expand the release to a two-disc set........ one devoted to really old-school sounds, and one with a slightly more modern tinge. According to X Tina, "The first half is kind of a throwback with elements of jazz, blues and soul music combined with a modern day twist, like hard hitting beats. On the 2nd CD of the release we made more of a '20s, '30s vibe with an authentic and organic twist. There are no samples it's all live music. One of the songs sounds like you entered a 1920s burlesque club, like it was actually recorded in the 1920s, using a vintage microphone, so it's exciting stuff." The excitement will spread to fans on August 15th, when Back to Basics is due to hit stores, up against artists putting there cd's out near the same time..... including the new artist Cassie...........

Last but not least, someone feed this girl, she looks like one of the poles on Santa Monica pier....... She looks like one of them kids in a feed the hungry pamphlet ... i bet she'd make a good after picture for LA weight Loss...... nawwww no one would believe it,

now that is hot... a morph of what Nikki would look like if she gained 20 pounds

The critics are swinging there tongues on this weeks releases ......

The New York Times calls The Omen, "Terminally glum and waterlogged."

The Hollywood Reporter says of The Omen, which was released on the date six-six-o-six, "The release date is the most original thing about it."

Variety asks of The Omen, "Will a movie that scared the bejezus out of moviegoers 30 years ago pack the necessary wallop and carnage to satisfy fans of blood soaked modern horror? The answer is a qualified yes."

The Philadelphia Inquirer says, "The Omen remake is creepily efficient. Unlike one of the newfangled horror-fests, it doesn't drown you in brackish atmosphere and surround-sound you with techno music."

Chicago Sun-Times critic Roger Ebert says of The Omen, "a faithful remake of the 1976 film, and that's a relief  it depends on characters and situations and doesn't go berserk with visuals."

DID YOU KNOW ???

Jim Carrey has an 18-year-old daughter with his first wife.

Rachel Weisz turned down the female lead in The Omen. Omen star Mia Farrow then suggested Julia Stiles, who landed the role.

The Omen remake was filmed in Prague in the Czech Republic.

I think the highlight of the show was when Roselyn Sanchez, Carmen Electra, Eva Longoria, Paulina Rubio, Constance Marie performed onstage together looking LOVELY ! Jennifer Lopez and her husband Marc Anthony looked happy and in love. Eva had a desperate housewives moment last night for changing 8 times ... Red was the best ................ If you missed it, hope a friend had TIVO on ... the show was the ish !

This is Kingston, Gwen Stefani's latest addition to the world........... and here is Gwen with her new glowing self...

She is getting ready to launch a styles and fashion magazine in the near future.... and then it's back to the music......

Ok, this is the new Mariah look and the same old Mariah style, to flaunt it even when she is walking her dog.....

I think the dog looks cute in these pics.....

well at least she can walk a dog better than this next woman can handle her child......I wonder how long Britney Spears could keep a dog before it got hit by a truck, or anything passing her near a road.......

Poor Preston, kid has been dropped soooo much in public, he is going to be teased in school... hahahahh i bet your mom dropped your ass, ehhhh she did, look Preston, here is your mom dropping your ass ... giggle giggle giggle.......

Filmmaker Rachid Bouchareb is set to direct the project, and Marley's widow Rita is involved in the picture as well, which is good for real deal story telling. Who can tell a man's story better than the second half.....

Here's a sample of Ez's
DID YHA KNOW >>>>>

The idea for The Break Up came from star Vince Vaughn, who also has writing and producing credits.

The script for The Break Up was sold for two million dollars, making it one of the most expensive in years.

In honor of The Break Up, the website I-Village has declared June 2nd National Breakup Day with a survival kit available at IVillage.com.

American Idol rumors on the gay subject are getting loud now.....  The National Enquirer reports that Taylor Hicks has been battling rumors spread on the Internet and in his Alabama hometown that he's gay. An Idol staffer tells the tabloid, "Taylor was freaking out that a 'queer smear' would rob him of victory. First, he blamed a fruity purple velvet jacket he wore. And he was told there were rumors about his sexuality all over the place."  grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr  if your gay , your gay, if your not, then your not.... and if you are gay, be proud of it and stop trying to hide it, it's whack to be fake........

Before Rihanna broke big with her music and Nike, she was already breaking big in Barbados. At the gae 16 she won a local beauty pageant, but she found that cattiness came with the crown. The singer tells Vibe magazine this month, "My girlfriends said horrible stuff I don't even want to say. Your friends are supposed to be a positive force to help make you better and feel better. I don't need any negativity in my life. After my record deal, it got even worse. I just had to cut them off." As a result, Rihanna says most of her friends now are guys. "Girls always have their guard up against one another. I just get along with guys better."  poor girl...... I think Rihanna is awesome....

Sooooooo despite what the critics always try to preach and predict...... they were wrong about Jennifer Anniston, which is the reason I didn't waste my time trying to diss her ability like a large % of the media critics that were saying JA was one step away from fighting for HBO roles.......... here is the deal....

The Break-Up upset the blockbuster X-Men: The Last Stand at the weekend box office. The Break-Up, which stars Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn, surprised insiders by landing in first place after taking in 38.1 million dollars in its first three days of release. X-Men, which last week set a Memorial Day weekend record with a 122 million take home...... behind with 34-point-four-million dollars. The superhero sequel's 10-day total stands at 175-million dollars.

The animated Over the Hedge remained in third with just over 20 million ....

The Da Vinci Code
dropped from second to fourth with  19.3 million but for the most part, the movie did well making  173 million dollars... which is pretty damn good for a FICTION..........

Mission: Impossible 3 was fifth with 4.7 million,,,, this means the stragglers came out over the weekend.......

speaking about the over the weekend watchers in LA ... this is what went down........

Last year's hit film The Wedding Crashers was the big winner at Saturday's MTV Movie Awards, taking home three golden buckets of popcorn including Best Movie. The Vince Vaughn Owen Wilson comedy about a pair of guys who crash weddings for thrills also won Best On-Screen Team for its stars and Best Breakthrough Performance for Isla Fisher.

Of course, it's not about the top performances but the more irreverent awards that really make the MTV Movie Awards. This year's Best Kiss went to the year's most noteworthy lip lock .... Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger's smooch in Brokeback Mountain. Ironically, the Best Fight Scene went to the couple that stole more headlines for their making out than for their duking it out ........ Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who got the award for Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

Jessica Alba, who hosted the show, won Sexiest Performance for her turn in Sin City. In accepting her award, Alba thanked "all the perverts who voted for me," and then said "practice safe sex and drive hybrids if you can."

Spike Lee was given the Silver Bucket of Excellence for Do the Right Thing, his 1989 drama that looks at inner-city racial tensions. The award was presented by LL Cool J.

The MTV Generation Award, the show's lifetime achievement honor, was given to Jim Carrey.

You can see all the honors, speeches and performances when the MTV Movie Awards air Thursday at 8:30 pm. Glen Weisman and Clarence Barnes

Tom Green is getting another crack at hosting a talk show. Drew Barrymore's ex will host a weekly online call in show at www.ManiaTV.com , beginning June 15th. Funny huh ?????? looks like it might be a good show though..... the man with 1 nut and a talk show to boot ! hahahahah !

Poor Preston, if I had a father lke K Fed, I'd be biting my fist, not a pacifier.... .... With all the Britney Spears drama surrounding her motherly ability and how she gets down, she is shifting gears with who she has watch her son. Brit hasn't had much luck with the nannies she's hired to watch son Sean Preston, so she's shifted gears and hired a "manny" ... yes ! a man who'll do the same job, and probably better.  Perry is responsible for pushing Sean's baby stroller, unloading Britney's car and keeping an eye out for paparazzi, and getting paid to do it ! Funny............ Britney needs to just pay attention to her son, if 1 billion mothers before her could do it, she can do it

Speaking of pacifiers... get this one, apparently Angelina and Brad have thier new baby Shiloh sucking on a $17,000 pacifier made of gold.....   too..........

Angelina actually had some Cedar Sinai doctors from LA come in to help out as well, and Brad was in the delivery room the whole time, and he even cut the cord ! Supposedly Shiloh has her mom's lips and Brad's nose.....

What about grandpa though ???

Jon Voight  is Shiloh's Grandpa... and tells Steppin' Out magazine, "The birth of this child is very exciting... I hope one day that I'll be saying hello to them... My love is with them always."  HOWEVER........  Jolie famously has nothing to do with her 67 yr old Father..... For whatever reasons linger, Voight's chances of seeing his grand daughter are slim to none... He has an Ice Cube chance in hell...... to say the least. Don't expect to read about it anytime soon as either. Ann Curry of the "Today Show" recently flew out to Namibia to get an exclusive interview with Jolie, and when she asked Jolie about the relationship she has with Brad.... Jolie laughed and said, " I don't talk about it in public, or in private, it's one of those funny things that just happens, and you live your life, and your a family, but you never actually discuss it"  in other words ... Angelina will live her life in private and she's not budging from it...... so relax and enjoy the beauty....

Ok, i don't know what is worse, the fact that some idiot is trying to make a quick buck on Hicks Lego man replica, or the fact that someone is already bidding on it....

Click here to bid on Taylor Hicks Lego Man!

WHATEVER......

wELL...... hahaha she was almost caught with her pants down, or maybe not.....

Penelope is doing the un button deal so she can sit down.... bloated or gaining a little .... that is what happens after the break up !

Speaking of The Break Up ! she smiles once again, and it's awesome to see her happy !

With her new movie opening this week,
I Village is calling June 2nd, 2006 national break up day,
the funny thing is, in the movie, there is no true break up,
at the end of the movie they make up........

for more on national break up day, go to www.ivillage.com

Sooooooo
there she is at her tramp style ways, this is the Paris Nipple slip that she was going for during her

video shoot in California last week........

OK, so here is the new news from the Jessica camp.......

apparently from close friends, the news is that Jessica is lonely and can't wait to possibly reconcile.... maybe it's the lawsuit that is getting ready to take away half her money, or maybe it's nick that will be getting a grip of money as well ... either way, the ledger as you will see below is saying that she misses him, and there might be a reunion..... maybe they just needed time away from each other.....

Click here for more from The National Ledger.

Well .. what to do when your bored and lonely.... shopping.....

she doesn't look happy there though... not a good sale....

definately needs to return them bug eye glasses

then glasses are rediculous...... like when you try on glasses and say, how do these look, and your friends roll out laughing, that's how bad they are, horrible.....

well here is the better half of the looks in sister hood.... I don't like her too much, but here she is

she looks better in boots too... She apparently is doing a boxing scene in her new video ... so why in the hell did she get all this constructive surgery then ????

here is what I think, some girl whippped her a** and busted her nose, and this new song she is writing tells the story about how she has the money to get it back in one place...... hmmmmmmmmmm here is what People magazine is saying.....

People Magazine!

so why is Christina Aguilera sleeping ??????

here , this could be the answer right here....

there is x tina leaving the Ivy ..... blitzed........... she looks like a wreck.... WRECK !

some pictures we weren't meant to see.... i bet this is a nightmare to some people when they see how bad they really looked...

Here's some words from the critics ...........

X-Men: The Last Stand made history over the holiday weekend. The third X-Men and the last one as well made over  120-million dollars in its first three days of release, which is the best Memorial Day weekend in box office history and fourth best overall (trailing Spider-Man, Star Wars: Episode 3 and Shrek 2).

Last weekend's Top 5 all moved down one spot.

The Da Vinci Code is still going strong, landing in second place with another 43 mil...........

The animated Over the Hedge was third with  35.3 million ... funny how squirrels can make more than Tom Cruise.....

Mission: Impossible 3 was fourth with 8.6 mil

And Poseidon remains afloat in the Top 5 for a third weekend after earning  7 million..............

The best news is that Gwen Stefani had her baby and the baby is healthy. I have more info coming soon, and pictures will be all over the net in a few days, but for the most part, all that matters is that Gwen is healthy and already running around.

Gwen  and Angelina weren't the only ones to pop out a baby over the Memorial Day weekend.  Mira Sorvino and her 24  yr old husband, Chris Backus, had their second child on Monday, a boy named Johnny. The  7 lb 14 oz who was born a week before his due date, joins his 1 1/2 yr old sister Mattea Angel.
.

Karma is a byaaatttchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh............. Get this one, Russell Crowe has reportedly been dumped from director Baz Luhrmann's epic romance that was  gpoing to team him up with Nicole Kidman..... Crowe was apparently was demanding script approval before committing to the  150 million dollar project........   Heath Ledger, didn't have the same demands and Luhrmann seems to like that.............Crowe offered to forego script approval, but as it seems , Luhrmann made his decision final and Heath is fine for the part.... and Nicole Kidman is fine with it as well......

Julia Roberts may have gotten the blahhhhhh on Broadway, but she's still a hit when it comes to getting women to part with their money. The Oscar winner sexy girl who used to do it big for Christian Dior makeup, is reportedly about to sign up as the new face of Avon. She'll get between 2 and 4 million to join Salma Hayek as a spokes model.

The Hollywood Reporter says of The Break-Up, "Audiences expecting a good time will instead be rewarded with wildly unsympathetic lead characters and uncomfortably long stretches without a laugh in sight."

Variety says in The Break-Up, "Sporadic rays of sunshine emanate from the broad and gifted supporting cast, but the core story is almost relentlessly unpleasant, like sitting through a dinner party where the host couple does nothing but bicker."

New York Magazine calls The Break-Up a "routine, stereotype-stuffed sitcom with pretensions."

The Village Voice says in The Break-Up, "Faced with a long and miserable road on which they make each other sorry or crazy, both 'Brooke' (Jennifer Aniston) and 'Gary' (Vince Vaughn) dig in hard on the least appealing parts of their stock characters."

Madonna has been known talk a good game when it comes to rejecting materialism, but when contract time comes around, look out! The Material Mom is reportedly set to bring home the largest concert special payday in history, thanks to NBC, which will shell out 15-million bucks to air a show based on her Confessions on a Dance Floor tour. Sp regardless of what the critics have to say about her and her performance, she is making it all happen in the bank, and that is all that matters .... That's not all folks.........Madonna may be picking up a few extra bucks modeling for H@M  clothing. Sweden's Daily Expressen says that the singer will be featured in a new campaign for  H@M which has previously used models such as Cindy Crawford and Kate Moss for other events ............

Since were on the M tip and the M's that are getting paid, here is one for you............... Have you ever wondered??????? What's Mariah Carey really worth? According to an insurance policy Mariah recently took out, her legs alone carry a price tag of  1 Billion dollar bills... yes 1 Billion........  The singer,
who just signed on to star in the "Legs of a Goddess" ad campaign for Gillette razors,  is keeping her assets protected while she tours this summer//// I can only imagine what the premium is on that price........Mariah Carey will hit the road  on a 30 show tour that kicks off in Miami on August 5th. The trek, which has been dubbed The Adventures of Mimi: The Hits, The Voice, The Tour, will wind up on October 10th in Phoenix. Dancehall star Sean Paul will open about a dozen of the shows. Tickets for most dates will go on sale on June 2nd. This show might also have a Pepsi show in LA for the grand kick off... the premiere !

She looks like a pin up poster girl for the Peanuts Gang Pumpkin Patch PUMPKIN !

all that dress needs is a face chisseled in black and maybe a light glow at the top, but ehhh you got her hair to do the do, so skip the effects....... wow does that dress scream for help......... and what the hell is she wearing on her feet.........
