Networking With Professionals

I had recently run into this amazing writer who was posting on line in a
message board room. I was curious to find out if she wanted to help me network
our band Martyrs and Poets. I had left her an e-mail and asked her if she would
send me a picture of her, a link to her modeling and information, and a way for
people to reach her if they wanted to see more pictures of her. Her response was
super positive, so she sent me a picture with her information.
and as you can see, she accepted !
The next step was to add her to our street team so that people
could get to know her a little bit better, so I put her on our Martyrs and Poets
web site at
http://www.martyrsandpoets.net web site under our street team. I then made a
separate page for her under my indi label site at
www.ezstreetrecords.com/mysite/nessa.htm
This form of networking, inter personal networking does three things, it gives
Nessa exposure as a Model / Artist / Writer /, it draws attention to our fans
that want to know who our street team people are, and lastly, it cross promotes
our band, her site, and our companies all together ! As you start to network
with professionals on a day to day basis, you might find yourself doing the same
thing to keep your friends and business connected and helping one another.
