After moving back to Milwaukee for family, I started working with the
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. It was the such a good feeling to start talking to
people within a company that strives to better the readers in a community. I
also took my own advice that I learned from Jason Brethorst early on in my
career. How to come up with a creative ingenious way to attract more readers to
the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. I explained to Jason my goal of making a
presentation to give to K. Spore who is President of publishing of the MJS ! I
wanted to present to him a way to attract our Sunday readers in an innovative
way, and Jason was the perfect person to design the presentation to take to him.
After meeting with K. Spore on an elevator, he said , make a presentation and
send me a link. Jason Brethorst went to work with my idea, and this is what he
came up with !
